Abstract: Pharmacogenomics (PGx) use in Canadian community pharmacy is a new practice with limited application. This study sought to implement PGx testing in Alberta community pharmacies and had the primary aim of quantifying the frequency of future drug-gene interactions (DGIs) and immediate interventions identified by pharmacists as a measure of implementation.
